Colgate Raiders (-230): Colgate is once again the favorite to win the Patriot League. They’ve been in command of this conference since 2019, and of those years only failed to win the conference tournament in 2020. This year is no different, Colgate won all but 2 conference games this year. Both conference losses were close and they have dominated otherwise.
Sleepers (+500 or above)
Lafayette Leopards (+1200): The last unbeaten in Patriot League play wasn’t Colgate, it was Lafayette who beat the Raiders on the road in a surprisingly impressive start to conference play. They played Colgate competitive in the rematch as well, but the Leopards have gone cold lately winning only 1 of their last 7.
Lehigh Mountain Hawks (+800): A 6 seed has the 2nd best odds to win the conference tournament? What? Lehigh despite the seeding has been one of the league’s better teams, they’ve lost a lot of close games, including by exactly 3 points in both meetings against Colgate.
American Eagles (+900): American is another team that’s lacked consistency, but they just beat Colgate on the road a few weeks ago and they’re the only team besides the Raiders to have a winning record overall this season. So there’s that.
